Digital Products Delivery

Email Delivery: After your purchase is confirmed, an email containing a download link or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct to avoid any delivery issues.

Physical Products Delivery

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order using the original method of payment.

2. What are my shipping & delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Handling Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location. We generally take 6 – 10 days to deliver. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the customer, or if you were not available to receive your order, we will reship the package to you at your expense.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.
